- Spin-off support structures and technology transfer at TalTech
- Support mechanisms and collaboration opportunities at Metrosert / KIIP
Intermission: Networking break
Block 2: Entrepreneurial experience
- First-hand perspectives from founders who transitioned from academia to industry
- Key challenges, lessons learned, and success factors
Intermission: startup ideas from students in audience (30-45 min)

Block 3: SYP panel discussion - Aligning academic and industrial careers
